  • I am not working. Is there any financial aid available?

The School is working with agencies assisting people of different situations.

If someone is not working he/she might be eligible for Training Benefit with NOVA or another agenvcy, which will pay for the training. Training Benefit eligibility will be determined by the agency, not by the school. But we can suggest on the steps to be taken if you want to find out more on the matter.

There is also a $1,000 grant (scholarhip) offered by Jewish Vocational Services to eligible individuals.

This is very interesting part for me. Should I be already present at your school in order to get details on how to receive such assistance?

When you come we will make sure you get in touch with JVS. But you can visit their web site and contact them electronically - http://www.jvs.org/

        Thank you.

Btw, at their site there is information that their committee gathers three times a year (August 20, December 10, and May 10). Does that mean that it makes sense only if I come somewhere about one of these dates?

They have funds available and they have employees responsible for making the eligibility decisions.
