    Taulia bug reports:

    1. In the upper right corner the distance between character "|" and words different
    2. Label names "Invoice number" "Customer", "Purchase order", "Invoice date", "Invoice status" and "Results per page" do not have end characters ":"
    3. Label "From amount" does not have character "$" before both data input fields
    4. First data input field in labels "From amount" and "Invoice date" does not have word "from"
    5. If user choose in field "Result per page" amount - 10 he get 11 results per page
    6. Label "Invoice date" and column name "Inv. Date" written differently also label "Purchase order" and column name "PO #"
    7. Data input field "Invoice date" and column "Inv. Date" have different spelling (month)
    8. Mixed up/swapped columns "Due Date" and "PO #"
    9. No alignment between column names and column contents
    10. Incorrect result with numbers of invoices or page numbers (32*10 = 320 or 32*11 = 352, in both situation we do not get 422)
    11. User gets incorrect search when he choose "Invoice date". Invoice date from 6/5/2011 to 9/30/2011 and user get invoice 1122339546 from 1-Oct-2011
    12. Do not have name in the last column
    13. No sign end to bottom of page (company. years, etc.)
    14. Missing button with page number 5 on the pages list
    15. Incorrect filter to column "Amount" (not all invoices in order from smaller to largest)
    16. Missing button "Actions" on 11th Invoice line
    17. General view of the table with results is not aligned

    Energy-Telecom bug reports:

    General

    1. If the user push button "Submit" when the form is empty he will see a list of errors in which the "email" word is missing, but it is line marked with a character "*". And the field "email" is not highlighted in red character "*"
    2. If the user push button "Submit" when the form is empty he will see a list of errors where we see "Please enter the name of the person you were referred by", but the field "Referred by" does not have a character "*"
    3. There is no signature at the bottom of the site (company, year, etc.)
    4. Each title in the blue line is too close to the left, there should be an indent
    5. If the user try to push the 'clear' button, he gives an dialog box with error - "Error 17896 - Invalid data request. Please call technical support or restart your computer !!!" and application not cleaned
    6. The buttons "Submit" and "Clear" has different sizes

    Contact information

    7. If user press tab on keyboard first field should be "First Name" then "Last Name", but he have first field "First Name" then "Referred by"
    8. Drop down menu "State" has incorrect state BC (first one)
    9. Drop down menu "State" has a problem with alphabetical order - is it not correct
    10. Drop down menu "State" has liine "other". This line should usually be at the end, not alphabetically or this line is excess
    11. Drop down menu has only 48 state - should be 50
    12. All words in field name "Best Way To Contact Me" with a capital letter, but field name "Referred by" not.
    13. Title "Contact information" has the same style with other field names in this block
    14. Data input field "First Name" accept numbers
    15. Data input field "Last Name" accept numbers
    16. Data input field "City" accept numbers
    17. Data input field "Email" accept forbidden characters and can be taken without character "@"

    Cell phones service

    18. Drop down menu "Current provider" has provider "Nextel" - this provider defunct from 08/12/2005
    19. Drop down menu "Current provider" do not have all providers on this moment and/or option "other"
    20. Drop down menu "Months left on current contract" has only a choice from 1 to 10
    21. Fields with drop down menu "Minute on plan" and "Numbers of phones plan" has different distance
    22. Drop down menu "Current provider" not an alphabetical order

    Taulia bug reports:

    1. Labels "Invoice number", "Customer", "Purchase order", "Invoice date", "Invoice status", "Results per page" do not have a colon at the end;
    2. Page numbers at the bottom of the webpage do not contain page number 5;
    3. The table is showing 11 results per page instead of 10;
    4. Results contains an invoice dated from 1-Oct-2011 while it supposed to be only from 6/5/2011 to 9/30/2011;
    5. The last result on the page does not have "Actions" button;
    6. Different spaces between "User Manager", "Profile", "Help" and "Logout" buttons;
    7. "Due Date" column contains information from "PO #" column;
    8. "PO #" column contains information from "Due Date" column;
    9. The letter "e" is missing in the word "Rejcted";
    10. The letter "i" is missing in the word "Invoce #";
    11. The search does not have default button;
    12. TAB order does not work correctly (skipping "Search" button);

    14. The table is showing 422 invoices instead of number between 342 and 352;
    15. "Invoice date" label does not have the preposition "from", but has the preposition "to";
    16. Labels "Invoice number", "Purchase order" and "From amount:" allow letters;
    17. Taulia logo is not clickable;
    18. All columns (except "Amount") do not have "sort by" filter;
    19. The last column does not have a name.

      Taulia GUI Bug report.
      1. In “Search my invoices” - labels must end wit columns.
      2. No default button assigned
      3. No default input focus
      4. In the table the “Invoce #” misspelled. Change to “Invoice”.
      5. The “PO #” showing dates.
      6. The “PO #” title has no clear meaning.
      7. The “Due Date” doesn’t provide dates
      8. The 9th column in the table has no description.
      9. Some Invoices miss information on Payment
      10. The sorting of the Amount column sorts values by descending but shows that it sorts by ascending.
      11. There is a 10th column that shows no information
      12. The order of sorting is incorrect. Observe 7th and 8th rows. The $22,376 should come before $22,409
      13. One invoice has no action available.
      14. The amount of the results requested exceeds what’s expected. 10 requested, received 11
      15. The invoices exceeding range of requested dates > Observe what requested through September 30th and received October 1st.
      16. The website has no icon
      17. Rejected is considered to be a critical dated that must be highlighted.
      18. Search parameters has no description
      19. The table has no printing option.

              Taulia GUI bug report.

              1. Labels "Invoice number", "Customer", "Purchase order", "Invoice date", "Invoice status", "Results per page" are missing colon ":" character at the end.
              2. In "Results per page" label we see that there should be 10 results shown on each page, but there are 11 results on the first page.
              3. In the "From Amount" label "$" dollar sign is missing in front of the numbers.
              4. "Invoce #" column is misspelled, should be "Invoice #".
              5. In the "Status" column in the first line word "Rejcted" is misspelled. Should be "Rejected".
              6. "Inv. Date" and "PO#" columns should be spelled out completely, not only abbreviation. Should be " Invoice Date" and "Purchase Order #".
              7. 11th result on the page is missing "Actions" button.
              8. "Due Date' column is not in the correct date format.
              9. "PO#" column is not in the correct number format.
              10. In the column "Amount" the numbers aren't in the correct numerical order. $22,376.00 should be before $22,409.37.
              11. Page "5" is missing.
              12. "Invoice Dates" that should be reflected on the page should be from 6/5/2011 to 9/30/2011, but there are October invoices that are shown on the page.
              13. Page shows that there are 422 invoices available at 10 invoices per page. There should be more than 32 pages to reflect 422 invoices.
              14. Date format in "Invoice date" label and "Invoice Date"/ "Due Date" columns should be the same.

              Energy-Telecom GUI Bug Report.

              1. Submit and clear buttons should be disabled when we first open up the page as we cannot use them.
              2. Default input focus is missing.
              3. Default button is missing.
              4. Tab order is incorrect in the "Contact Information" field.
              5. "Submit" and "Clear" buttons are different sizes.
              6. "Clear" button doesn't work as supposed to. When you push the "Clear" button it gives an error message saying to contact Technical Support.
              7. "TAB" key doesn't activate all the fields. Skips in "Local/Long Distances/International Service" part "Bundled with" label skips check boxes "Internet" and "TV". In "International calls included" ,"Long distance included" and "I am interested in Unlimited Calling" fields it skips check box "Yes". In " High Speed Internet Service" part "Type of service" field it skips "Cable" and "Dial-up" check boxes. In "Bundled with" field it skips "TV" and "Phone" check boxes. In " TV Service" part "Bundled with" field it skips "Internet" and "Phone" check boxes.

              "Contact information" part:
              8. "First Name", "Last name", "City" data input fields accept numbers ans special characters, it should be letters only .
              9. "ZIP" list box accepts letters, should be digits only.
              10. "ZIP" list box accepts non existent zips like 00000.
              11. "Email" input field accepts non existent emails in non email format.
              12. "Referred by" input field isn't indicated with asterisk as a required field but after pushing "Submit" button it comes up as a required one. So either asterisk should be added or it should be disabled as a required field depending on the requirements.
              13. "Referred by" input field accepts numbers and special characters, it should be letters only.
              14. "Street Address" field accepts incorrect address format. If you type only numbers of special characters it gets accepted.
              15. States in the "State" list box are not in the correct alphabetical order because of BC state which isn't US State so it shouldn't be given as an option.
              16. Indiana state is misspelled in the "State" list box. Instead of IN it's IND.
              17. In the "State" list box "Other" should be at the very end being the last option.
              18. In the "State" list box some states are missing. There are on;y 48 states instead of 50.
              19. Error in the "Email" field. "Email" field is a required field but if left blank after submitting the form it is not indicated as required field and let's the form to be submitted without email address.

              " Cell Phone Service" part:
              20. In "Current Provider" list box providers are't in alphabetical order.
              21. In "Current Provider" list box both options "I am happy with my current provider" and
              "I am open to using different provider" can be chosen instead of only one. They are contradicting so only one of them should be able to be chosen.
              22. "My monthly bill is approximately" field accepts letters, should be numbers only.
              23. "My monthly bill is approximately" field accepts too many digits.
              24. In "Minutes on plan" list box options aren't logical. Different gaps between options. Like 30, 200, 400, 450.
              25. "Months left on current contract" list box should have more than 10 months or "more than 10" / "Other" option at the end.
              26. In "Months left on current contract" list box Prepaid option isn't logical as any amount of months left on the plan could be prepaid, so Prepaid option should be deleted.
              27. In "Number of phones on plan" list box there are too many options up to 100. No providers would allow 100 phones on one plan.

              "Local/Long Distances/International Service" part
              28. "International calls included" and "Long distance included" labels should have colon sing instead of question mark.
              29. In "Current provider" list box providers aren't in alphabetical order.

              " TV Service" part
              30. In "Current Provider" list box providers aren't in alphabetical order.
              31. In "Months left on plan" list box option "More" or "Other" is missing.

              "Home Security Service" part
              32. In "My monthly bill is approximately" too many digits are accepted.

              " Months left on plan" part
              33. In "Current Provider" list box providers aren't in alphabetical order.

              "Gas and Electric Services" part
              34. In "Current Provider" list box providers aren't in alphabetical order.
              35. In " I am opento using different provider" open to is misspelled.
              36. In "My monthly bill is approximately (summer):" and "My monthly bill is approximately (winter):" too many digits are accepted.

                  Taulia GUI Bug report (just analyzing the interface).

                  1. Hyperlink "logout" is written incorrect. Need to be"log out"
                  2. First three labels and last three labels from section "search my invoice" don't end up with the colun ( character
                  3. Text Field for label "From amount" doesn't have "$"
                  4. It's shows 11 results instead of 10 result per page
                  5. In list of invoices it's shows invoice date: 1-Oct-2011, but in search form the request was from 6/5/2011 to 9/30/2019
                  6. Hyperlink "Download list" don't have the correct icon.
                  7. Invoices list should be organized by Date or Price or PO#, etc.
                  8. Label "Invoce #" written incorrect, should be "Invoice #".
                  9. "Rejcted" from column "Status" written incorrect. Should be "Rejected"
                  10. Have to switch the Column "Due Date" with "PO#"
                  11. Button "Action" is missing for last invoice field from list

                    1. Missing colon character under "search by action" section
                    2. Search results: displays 11 results on the page instead of 10 as per "result per page" list box
                    3. "PO #" column: displays date instead of a PO#
                    4. "Due date" column: date is not provided in the common date format. Column "due date" and "PO#" need to be interchanged
                    5. "Status column": word "rejcted" need to be changed to rejected
                    6. "Payment" column: is not in a payment format. Need to change to format to "$ amount"

                      1. Not all label names in the search parameters end up with a colon
                      2. Not enough pages to display all search results (422 results : 10 results per pages = 43 pages NOT 32 pages)
                      3. Page showing 11 results while 10 per page is selected

                      6. The "Amount" column is arranged from high to low but the values are not in the right order

                        1. The invoice with a date 1-Oct-2011 is available in the "Inv. Date" column, that is out of a date "to" boundary 9/30/2011 in the search values
                        2. "Showing 422 invoices", but we have only 32 pages with 11 invoices per page, that could show us no more than 352 invoices.
                        3. The name of the column "Invoce #" misspelled
                        4. The ascending filter by "Amount" doesn't work correctly, for example, the amount $22,376.00 locates lower than $22,409.37
                        5. The wrong format of data in the column "Due Date"
                        6. The wrong format of data in the column "PO #"
                        7. The name of the invoice in the "Status" column "Rejcted" misspelled
                        8. No the "Actions" button for the last invoice in the table
                        9. The fifth page missing in the choosing page string (1 2 3 4 6 7 8 9 10 .. 32)
                        10. Let's add the colon to all labels in the "Search my invoices" section
                        11. We have 11 invoices per page instead of 10 chosen in "Results per page"

                            - Open the application
                            - Fill out the required fields (leave the "Referred by" blank)
                            - Push "Submit" button - pops out the message with request to fill out the "Referred by" field, which has no asterisk next to it

                              Bug Reports for "TAULIA"

                              1. "Search my invoices" column the labels are missing colon character.
                              2. In the "Status" column the word "Rejected" is misspelled as "Rejcted".
                              3. The "Invoice#" column the word "Invoice" is misspelled as "Invoce".
                              4. Column "Due Date" the values are not in the date format.
                              5. Column "PO#" the values are in wrong format.
                              6. The result per page is incorrect showing 11 instead of 10.
                              7. The pagination is missing page "5".
                              8. The dates are showing incorrect as per "Invoice date" selected (from 6/5/2011 to 9/30/2011).Values are present from month off October.
                              9. "Search my invoices" column the label "From amount:" the values in the data fields are not in correct format. The amounts are missing the ( , ) and ( . ) characters.
                              10. The result "Showing 422 invoices" is incorrect, based on number of pages and the "Result per page" of 10 invoices.
