    Ok, I'll start

    1. Field "Id" has misspell, should be two capital letters
    2. Label "Employee name" (and others labels at the same folder) should have column in the end.
    3. Info boxes "Add" and "Delete" should be the same size.
    4. Info boxes "Add" and "Delete" should be in the end of the table.
    4. Sections/columns "First name" and "Last name" should be the same size.
    5. When you are on the first page of chart/table, arrows from the left side should be disabled, when you are on the third page, arrows from the right side should be disabled
    6. Section "Help&training" does not work
    7. In section/folder "Admin" there is no check box near field "admin" in the chart
    8. In section/folder "Admin" "username" is misspelled
    9. Bottoms "Search", "Reset" are not consistent
    10. Page/link "Join OrangeHRM Community" does not exist.
    11. When you choose Spanish language not all fields are translated.
    12. Folder PIM: choose/click on any employee in the chart: section custom fields does not look reasonable
    13. Folder PIM: choose/click on any employee in the chart: field "fre" does not make sense, "mental illness" should start on a capital letter
    14. Folder PIM: choose/click on any employee: sections "nationality", "marital status" does not have any selections.
    15. Options "add", "edit", "reset", "delete" are not available at phone (Safari browser).
    16. Button "Join OrangeHRM Community" is not functioning.
    17. "Bug Tracker" link from "Help and Training" is not existing.
    18. Folder Admin: click on "Job": select "Job title", there is unexisting job title "bwsjjwsns".

    Bug report Orange HRM:
    1. Section “Employee information” : there are not colon characters next to the text fields labels.
    2. Links “Help & Training” at the top right site of the page: the destination pages do not have the titles corresponding to the name of links.
    3. Navigation links labels of the section “PIM”: the name “Employee list” is highlighted instead the name “Add employee” after opening “Add employee” link .
    4. Navigation links of the section “PIM”: the name “Employee list” is highlighted instead the name “Configuration” after opening “Optional Fields” link by the drop down list “Configuration” .
    5. Navigation link “Join OrangeHRM Community” : the link opens the new window with a message that a page does not exist.
    6. Navigation link “Help & Training”: Each link opens the new window. The back button cannot be applied.
    7. Inconsistency in the names of the text field “Employee Name” in the section “Employee Information” and in the column “First (& Middle) Name” in the table.
    8. Inconsistency in the names of the text field “Supervisor Name” in the section “Employee Information” and in the column “Supervisor” in the table.
    9. There is not a row numbering in the table.
    10. There is not default input focus on the page.

      "OrangeHRM" application bug description.

      Bug ID: PIM_Configuration_folder_1
      The “Configuration” folder are opened the “Configuration” text field must be highlighted.

      Bug ID: PIM_ADD_Employee_folder_1
      The program allows user to change or delete the default ID in the “Add Employee” folder. The ID field must be required to be filled. User must not have access to change it.

      Bug ID: PIM_ADD_Employee_folder_2
      When the “Add Employee” folder are opened the “Add employee” text field must be highlighted.

      Bug ID: PIM_Employee_folder_3
      Application divides itself employee name from the “Employee Name” text field in search “Employee Information” box in two different columns “First Name” and “Second Name” in the list box (that below the “Employee Information” box).

      Bug ID: PIM_Employee_folder_4
      “Employee Name” field must have a help message “Type Employee name...”.

      Bug ID: PIM_Employee_folder_5
      “Supervisor Name” field must have a help message “Type Supervisor name...”.

      Both letters in abbreviation “ID” must be capital.

      The job title “consultant” has small first letter. All job titles must contain capital first letter.

      "OrangeHRM" application login panel test cases.

      ID: F1_PASSWORD_field_EMPTY.
      Steps:
      1. Go to the “OrangeHRL” application.
      2. Select “USERNAME” text field.
      3. Enter valid user name. For instanсe “admin”.
      4. Click “Login” button.
      Expected result: The error message “Password cannot be empty” appears.


      ID: F2_USERNAME_field_EMPTY.
      Steps:
      1. Go to the “OrangeHRL” application.
      2. Select ”PASSWORD” text field.
      3. Enter valid password. For instance “password”.
      4. Click “Login” button.
      Expected result: The error message “Username cannot be empty” appears.


      ID: F3_PASSWORD_copy_cut_accesability.
      Steps:
      1. Go to the “OrangeHRL” application.
      2. Select “PASSWORD” text field.
      3. Enter valid password. For instance “password”.
      4. Select “dots” in “PASSWORD” text field.
      5. Click the right button on the mouse to get drop down field than try to access “COPY” buttons.
      6. Click the right button on the mouse to get drop down field than try to access ”CUT” buttons.
      Expected result: The”COPY”, “CUT” buttons non accessible.


      ID: F4_USERNAME/PASSWORD_valid_dialog_box_input
      Steps:
      1. Go to the “OrangeHRL” application.
      2. Select “USERNAME” text field.
      3. Enter valid user name. For instance “admin”.
      4. Select ”PASSWORD” text field.
      5. Enter valid password. For instance “password”.
      6. Click “Login” button.
      Expected result: The home ““OrangeHRL” application page opens.
      Result: Failed.


      Let’s assume there is a next requirement: “There is not any error messages has to be presented in LOGIN Panel home page”.
      ID: GUI1_ERROR_MESSAGE
      Steps:
      1. Go to the “OrangeHRL” application.
      Expected result: “There is not any error messages has to be presented in LOGIN Panel home page”.
      Actual result: There is a message “Invalid credentials” is presented in front of “LOGIN” button.


      ID: U1_PASSWORD_HELP
      Steps:
      1. Go to the “OrangeHRL” application.
      2. Select “USERNAME” text field.
      3. Enter valid user name. For instance “admin”.
      4. Select ”PASSWORD” text field.
      5. Validate availability of “Help” option in case of forgetting password.
      Expected result: The help option presents. For instance the help message “In case of forgetting password please enter your email address and we will send you an email with new password” will appear.


      ID: U2_USERNAME_HELP

      Steps:
      1. Go to the “OrangeHRL” application.
      2. Select ”PASSWORD” text field.
      3. Enter valid password. For instant “password”.
      4. Select “USERNAME” text field.
      5. Validate availability of “Help” option in case of forgetting USERNAME.
      Expected result: The help option presents. For instance the help message “In case of forgetting USERNAME please enter your email address and we will send you an email with instruction of username renewing” will appear.

      PS. I wasn't able to login into "OrangeHRM" so I've done test cases for the login page.

        OrangeHRM test cases

        Test ID: 1
        LoginDialog_ValidInputs

        Steps: 1.Open OrangeHRM page with Log in Dialog
        2.In the Username specify valid user name - admin
        3.In the password name specify valid password - password
        4.Push the log in button

        Expected Result: User should be able successfully log in to the application
        Actual Result: User cant log in. System message "Account disabled"

        Basically after the first, the most important positive test that failed we can not test it any further. We need valid account for system to be tested properly.

        Test ID: 2.

        Steps: 1.Open OrangeHRM page with Log in Dialog
        2.In the Username specify valid user name - admin
        3.In the password name specify valid password - password

        Expected result: Password must be protected by bullets
        Actual result: Pass

        Test ID 3.

              General notes:
              • All field labels should end with colons
              • All date selectors accept future dates even when it is not a possible option (e.g., date of birth or date of visa issue for immigrants)
              • All file uploading tools do not accept files bigger that the announced limit, but instead of an error message open a confusing error page with text "413 Request Entity Too Large" (screen_1.jpg)
              1. Login Panel: The 'Copy' menu item is not disabled in Firefox
              2. Login Panel: The 'Cut' menu item is not disabled in Firefox
              3. 'Admin' folder - 'System Users': all field labels should end with colons
              4. 'Admin' folder - 'System Users': search of a partial employee name ('Maxim' instead of 'Maxim Ab12?@Ab12?@ G') does not give results.

                  OrangeHRM bug report

                  1.Misspell in "Username". "Admin" folder -> "System user" heading, correct to "User Name"
                  2.Error message doesn't show, whats wrong with "Employee Name" input field at the page of adding new user. "Admin" folder ->push "Add" button, write Samanta in user name. Observe error message.
                  3.No check box opposit to "admin" user. "Admin" folder -> "User Name" heading
                  4.No column after labels (nowere)
                  5.GoingOrangeHRM Community - page doesn't exist
                  6.ZIP code accepts letters and special characters , more and less then 5 "My info" folder ->Contact Details

                    ID: 1_GUI_Inconsistency

                    “Admin” section -“User Management”: the buttons “Search and Reset” has different sizes. GUI inconsistency.

                    Steps to reproduce:
                    1.Click Admin button
                    2.In the section menu choose “ User Management”

                    Expect result: All the buttons “Search”, “Reset”, “Add” and “Delete” has to be the same size.

                    “Admin” section -“Nationalities” doesn’t have arrow GUI element for down menu.

                    Steps to reproduce:
                    1.Click Admin button
                    2.Find the section “Nationalities”
                    Expected Result:All the sections has down menu and GUI arrow to be able to use the menu.

                    The Checkbox next to section “Leave Approval” doesn’t check .

                    5. Find the check box that is not working

                              Orange HRM
                              1. My Info - Contact details: Zip code field allows letters and special characters. It should allow only digits;
                              2. My Info - Qualifications - Add Language: there are no languages available in Language list box;
                              3. My Info - Qualifications - Add Language: selection options in Competency and Fluency list boxes are swiped; you either need to swipe the selection boxes’ names or options. Fluency should go with Poor/Basic/Good/ Mother Tongue;
                              4. PIM - Configuration - Data Import: while uploading large files (> 1MB), Message: “413 Request Entity Too Large” appears on another page, which is not user friendly;
                              5. PIM - Add Employee: after clicking on Add Employee section, “Employee List” tab gets highlighted instead of “Add Employee” tab;
                              6. PIM - Configuration - Data Import: when uploading an empty CSV file misleading errorMessage “Failed to import. File Type not allowed.” gets displayed. It should say that file is empty;
                              7. PIM - Add Employee - Create login details: while copying password from “Password” field to “Confirm Password” field, passwords don’t match,
                              8. Recruitment - Vacancies: page has wrong layout;
