          Energy Telecom Bug Report.

          1. Letters allowed in "ZIP" field in "Contact Information" section.
          2. Letters allowed "My monthly bill is approximately" field in "Cell phone service" section.
          3. "First name", "Last name" fields allow digits and special characters in "Contact Information" section.
          4. Field "Street Address" allows special characters in "Contact Information" section.

            • TAB order problem, after the field "First Name" goes to the field "Reffered by"
            • When clicking the button "Clear" at the buttom of the page, error 17896 appears

            • There is no Printing Options due to the GUI
            • Paging better then scrolling due to the GUI

            • In the edit boxes below the Current Provider both answers available to choose
            • In the field "Number of phones on plan" unreasonable quantity of phones
            • Replace the capital letter with small letter with the second and following words - Labels Current Provider, Primary Phone Number, Total Bill,I am interested in Unlimited Calling, Current Provider, Digital Phone Service (Unlimited Calling)

              Bug report for Energy-Telecom

              Contact Information:

              - "First name", "Last name", and "City" - allow to input digits;
              - "Zip" should be write "Zip code";
              - "Zip" allows to input letters;
              - "State" - has 49 states, "BC" - Canadian state, "Other" should be at the end of list.

              Cell Phone Service:

              - "
              Current Provider" has just 4 providers and doesn't has "Other";
              - "My monthly bill" - allows to input letters;
              - "Months left on current contract" has just 10 months;
              - "Numbers of phone on plan" can't be more then 5 numbers on plan;

              Local/Long Distances/International Service

              - "
              Current Provider" when choose "Other" can't write a name of current provider.

              Gas and Electric Services:

              incorrect spelling of "opento".

              "Clear" button doesn't clear and leads to an error message.

                Energy-Telecom Service Review

                1.No default input focus once the page opens.
                2. TAB order is incorrect in "Contact Info". It goes from First name -->Referred by.
                3. First Name is "Contact Info" accept numbers.
                4. Last Name in "Contact Info" accepts numbers.
                5. "Contact Info" under zip code accepts less than five numbers.
                6. "Contact Info." under City accepts numbers.
                7. SUBMIT button is not disabled when no information filled.
                8. CLEAR button is not working. Shows Error 17896 message instead and doesn't clear any information that was filled.
                9. in Section #1 under "Months left on current contract" only gives option 0-10, instead of 0-12.
                10. In Section #1 under "My monthly bill is approximately" accepts letters and not just numbers.
                11. In Section #2 under ""Bundled with" it skips TV and BOTH checkmark,

                  1. User press button “Submit” when all forms/fields are empty, we will get the list of errors in a top, the field “email” didn’t show up in a list of errors. And also “*” highlight blue color but after submit empty fields, “*” should be highlighted red color.
                  2. User press button “Submit” when all forms/field are empty, we will get the list of errors in a top, all field from contact information starting with capital letter, but “Referred By” don’t have capital letter.
                  3. In Contact Information putting tab order to field “First Name” pressing TAB on keyboard and Tab Order move to field “Referred By” but should move by logicaly to field “Last Name” and go down.
                  4. In Contact information field “First Name” accept letters and numbers after submit, should only accept and allow to type letters.

                      GUI Bug Report of the Energy-Telecom Service Review
                      Contact Information form
                      The name of the “Contact Information” part has a smaller highlighting size than the names of the rest of the form /They need one standard.
                      The default field focus (DFF) function doesn’t work.
                      From the DFF "First name" the Tab key moves cursor immediately to the last DFF of the Part I, skipping 5 DFFs between them.
                      The DFF "First name" allows to enter any symbols (any numbers, grammar signs, Cyrillic, etc.).
                      From the DFF "Last names" the Tab+Shift keys don't return cursor to the first DFF in the "Contact Information" form.
                      The DFF "Last Name" has exactly the same error.
                      The DFF "Street address" has the same.
                      The DFF "City" has the same error.
                      The “State” DFF has the drop-down list-box without the title "Select"/ There is a dash instead "Select".
                      The list-box of the state postal codes begins with the error code “BC”/ There is no the US state with this name/
                      Here - the option "Other" is mistakenly located inside this list of states, it should be placed at the end of the list and not under the letter "O".
                      Here - you need to leave the “IN” instead of the “IND”, because the postal code must contain only 2 letters.
                      The DFF "Best Way To Contact Me" writes a preposition with a capital letter instead of the a lower case one.
                      From this DFF, the Tab key directs the cursor immediately to the first DFF of part 2, skipping the last field of part 1.
                      From the last DFF "Reference by" The Tab + Shift keys return mistakenly the cursor to the second DFF of Contact form, skipping all DFF and default buttons (DB) between them.
                      The DB "Clear" doesn't work for each of the 7 parts of the form.
                      Part II
                      1. The list-box of the first DFF has the title of the choice "Select one" not corresponded to the same title in the previous “ Contact” Part named "Select".
                      2. It's drop-down box for “Current provider” hasn't the option "Other" like the similar DFFs in the Parts 2,3,4,5 and 7.
                      3. It is possible to choose two check-boxes at once instead of single choice.
                      4. The general or logical step of gradation in the number series of minutes in the window "Minutes on plan" (e.g. 30, 200? 300, 400, 450? 500, 550, 700? 750? 900? and so on) isn't abided by.
                      5. The option "Unlimited" in the list-box "Minutes on plan" doesn’t' go the right order (It should be better in the end of the number series)
                      7. All the fields associated with the $ admit the input of 11 numerals and one dot. What for? Is it rationally to offer a monthly phone bill of hundreds of millions of dollars or to write the sum of $ 56.789765490?
                      8.Only in the Part 1 the $-DFF “My monthly bill is approximately” prohibits the input of dots. Why?
                      9. Incorrect cursor movement from the first "Yes" button using the Tab forward.
                      10. Incorrect cursor movement from the last "No" button back with the Tab + Shift buttons.
                      11. In the combo box “ Minutes on plan”, there is no ellipsis after the “Other” option, so you cannot select any other number at all.
                      12. The same in the combo box “Number of phones on plan”, there is no ellipsis after the “ More” option.
                      13. Both of these options must have one standard for titles: “More …” or “Other …”

                              • ZIP input field accept more than 5 digits if they are pasted, the same way you can paste any other characters.
                              • Email input field it's required, but it's not checked after pushing Submit button.
                              • Phone input field accept any characters if pasted.
                              • Referred by input field it's not a required field, but after pushing Submit button, the code asks for it.

                                1. Web page doesn't have default input focus.
                                2. Field: "First Name:" allows user to type and submit digits only instead of letters.
