    #3. "Amount" column: row 8 is not sorted correctly, it needs to be swapped with row 7
    #4. "Purchase order" field: tooltip needs to be added to "black binoculars" icon
    #5. "Purchase order" field: it's not clear for what purposes a "black binoculars" icon was
    added. Maybe it's redundant as "Search" button already exists.
    #6. "Invoice date" field, "PO#" and "Inv.Date" columns: date format inconsistent
