Input for “My monthly bill is approximately:” in all sections accepts 11 characters, it is too much for the one house monthly bill;
“Months left on current contract” has a maximum 10 months , but in the TV Service section the same select “Months left on plan” has a maximum 24 months. I recommend to use the same maximum in both selects;
“Months left on current contract” does not have an option “More”;
“Number of phones on plan” has 100 options, 5 will be enough;
