4.Special characters and numbers are enabled to enter in the "Last Name" and "First Name" field.
5.In the section "Cell Phone Service" "Monthly Bill" field letters are enabled.

3. In section N7 "Gas and Electric Services" in the Contact information section, the last phrase "I am opento using different provider" contains a spelling error: Expected Result: Open to. Actual Result: Opento.
4. The "Clear" button, at the end of the page, does not work correctly, the page's input fields are not cleared when you click on the "Clear" button. It gives you the error 17896 - invalid data request ...... .
5. Validation of the "Contact information" section work not correct. After clicking the "Submit" button, here is no any error message, if it is incorrectly filled in or not filled in Email field.
