Hello, my name is Anastasia, originally i'm from Belarus, I have lived in the USA for 7 years.
I have studied "Economics in manufacturing organizations" in Belarusian state economic university and have a bachelor degree in that field.
My previous job was an administrator in optics, and part time like a master optician. There i also have administered the site of their online store.
In the US i help my husband to run his own business in a car sales. But i wanted to become independent from everybody that's why i decided to find something to do by myself.
Unfortunately i found out that my degree in economics is useless in the US, and i decided to try something new.
QA is the fastest start in an IT career, and the easiest way to understand the process that is happening in that industry, that's why i have chosen it.
From 5 years I see myself in the QA profession at least like a middle in testing and acquiring knowledge in programming languages, i always wanted to move forward and improve my knowledge.

Hi, my name is Deepika. I did my Masters in Human Resource Management and Post graduate graduate diploma in Banking Operations. I worked in banking industry for more than 8 years in India. Later we moved to USA and due to visa restrictions I was busy in home making for 4 years.

After my GC I started looking out and started working as a teller 6 months before.

Finding issues in the applications always inspired me and that was the reason I participated in Bug Bash events in the bank and got my bug bounty awards as well.

I was also called by the bank to be the part of UAT for all the new features launched in the FINACLE and other banking software used in India.

When I joined here in the bank, I started finding issues and started reporting it to my manager. Looking at my interest she suggested me to switch my career in QA and here I am.

In 5 years I see myself as a QA manager.

I graduated from university in Belarus as a Master of Law. I worked as a lawyer for 5 years at badly paid job until I felt burnt out and quit my job.
I never thought to be in QA profession until I came to US and I was looking for a paperwork job in US, but I got a call from a recruiter who offered me a 3 months QA contract.
In 5 years, I see myself as well-experienced QA engineer on the way to becoming QA Director.

Hello everyone, my name is Anna.
I was graduated the University degree in Service and Tourism, and University degree a Physical Education & Sport. I have 5 years of experience in Russia as a swimming coach and 2,5 years I worked in the US as a Sterilization Assistant.
I really enjoyed my job, but after when my baby was born, I could no longer continue to work there.
In my opinion, work in QA is very in demand and necessary in the modern world, since the internet takes up most of our time and life in general. This work requires attention and precision, since I am a very diligent, hardworking person and I like to understand the details, I am sure that it will also be interesting for me. In 5 years, I want to learn the intricacies of this industry and become professionals in it.

I'm Alex. I finished city college and started to work for a railway company as a railway worker. During this work, I interested in engineering work and started to help our engineers with their measurements and markup. And my Director offered me a scholarship to study at railway university.

After university, I worked for 2 years as a railway engineer - designing and constructing railway stations and ways. I learned excel on a good level and developed a few digital instruments for automatisation calculation and reporting. Also, we achieved an almost 50% reducing the time of repair with a traffic stop by optimizing a work schedule and increasing the availability of materials and equipment before the start of work

The one of biggest in CIS and Europe chemical fertilizers producers invited me to their Railway department as they started a global reconstruction of their internal railway tracks. I was responsible for reconstruction planning, tendering, quality checking, and overall working with contractors.
In two years we started a project for plant performance improvement with a global consulting company. I become a part of an internal team and in a few months, I led a Business improvement department. We achieved about a 35% increase in performance in 2 years.

After this, I took part in a 6-month project for our mining division. We developed an optimisation model to optimise сost price of the product by managing row material streams between 5 mines and 2 processing plants, the model took into account the cost of mining transportation and processing at each production step and performance constraints. After this project, I led a Business Improvement project for a Gold Mining company for 6 months.

And in 2019 I joined the Consulting digital project for the world's largest nickel mining company. We developed and implemented an integrated planning system for 5 underground mines. This system allowed an automated mining plan for 10 days by shift, getting orders for machines, collecting actual data and replan based on actual.
I was responsible for an optimisation model of this system. Led an integrated project of our system with dispatch systems at two underground mines, led QA team and 3rd line of support. As a result production in mining increased by 15%.

At that time I decided I want to work for this consulting company after the project. The key requirement for candidates was English speaking. I had 6 lessons per week for the first half a year. After this, I went to England to study at an English language school for a few weeks. And carried on my study with 5 lessons per week.

On August 2020 I started work for this consulting company as a consultant. A part of my work was a participant in developing our product. I wrote technical documentation for this system, created an interface, and led a QA team. After realising the first working version I led the trial implementation of the system in an underground mine. In business improvement projects I am usually responsible to implement digital solutions such as short interval control, digital checklists, integrated reports and others.

Now I decided that QA can be a good opportunity to find a job abroad. My goal is to move to the USA. I have a wide experience in digital projects and business improvement projects. It should help me to grow in IT as a person who is responsible for results in testing or developing products.

                        Good day to all!
My name is Vladislav, I'm from the city of Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine), but at the moment I temporarily live in the city of Troms

My name is Ekaterina. I'm originally from Russia but now live in Montenegro.
In 2008 I had graduated from Vladimir State University with a bachelor degree in programming and mathematics.
But my work experience started with a position of IT consultant in warehouse logistics. My main duties were ... Next step of my career was about SAP: I participated in implementation projects of SAP module for warehouse management. With that position I had to ... And very last experience was in international project of transport management system implementation where I had to ...
By the time I got bored by out-of-the-box implementation: you are restricted with solution functionality, the implementation process is standard and has some steps that I'm not interested to join in. Furthermore my projects implied long-term business trips to be on-site.
Some time ago my husband had changed his career to QA engineer. And that triggered me to discover a different IT world of software development.
The most exciting project phases for me always were system configuration and solution testing. So I confidently took a decision to dive into QA.
In next 5 years I see myself as a valued experienced QA expert who also is fluent in test automation as I have all necessary skills, mindset and solid background.

                            * My previous job experience in internet marketing. My task was to prepare sites for Google Ads and SEO promotion. In the process of work, I developed technical specifications for the creation of sites.

                            * In my previous job I used the technique of predicting errors, but I understood that I was not finalizing something anyway. I didn`t know how to correctly apply the theory to such problems. I released that I need to improve my skills at Software Testing.
                            * After five years I would like to be a project manager or Automated QA
